Playlist Save Dialog Linux only saves m3u

build 2.3 r7506 on Linux Mint 19.1

If I export a playlist and fill in the filename, no matter what filetype I choose (.txt, .pls, ....), it will only be exported as .m3u. The exported file then has also m3u form, so a simple renaming will not do.

Only if I add the filetype-extension to the filename-field manually and choose the filetype accordingly, the Playlist will export in the correct format.

I co-tested it on Windows and found, that by choosing a filetype, the extension is automatically added to the filename in the filename field.

the file dialog behaves unexpectedly, but predictably:
* if the current file name has no suffix the selected suffix is not appended
* if there IS a 'suffix' it is replaced. Though ANY .-separated segement at the end is replaced

Birtday-party-15.9.2021
 becomes
Birtday-party-15.9.m3u

Again, this happens with non-native dialogs only.
