Clock keep running even though the board is solved

Sometimes when I solve a game, the clock will keep running when the game is over, even though all mines are found.

 Did a little experimenting and the only time I have the clock still running is when I click on a number as the last click and the more information it revealed the greater the chance the clock continues to run.
