wrong icon used in the about dialog

This can be fixed on a existing install by doing this

sudo cp -a ./hicolor /usr/share/icons/
sudo touch /usr/share/icons/hicolor
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache

Thank you for your bug report, the icon got renamed but the about dialog got missing which has been fixed with this commit

Could you give details on the title bar icon missing? what theme are you using?

Xubuntu XFWM4 Greybird-dark
i edited /usr/share/themes/Greybird-dark/xfwm4/themerc
added this line:
show_app_icon=true

You can see the issue in the screenshot in the top left, this affected every theme that shows the icon for the menu

This also affects notifications (song change/hit play)

The about dialog is a code bug fixed upstream as mentioned, the other problems sound like a bug in your theme and you should report it there

I find that hard to believe when every system theme is affected and adding the missing icons fixes it
sorry for low frame rate in recording i wanted to keep it a small file size

This issue was fixed in:

This is different from the "About dialog" icon issue. Both were regressions introduced after the new icon update.
