Bug Description

While running Ubuntu 18.04, the screen became inaccessible to the mouse. I tried to activate task manager and ended up powering down my laptop. At the restart I got this message after the welcome screen for Ubuntu completed.

[ 0.005589] do_IRQ: 1.55 No irq handler for vector
[ 3.610260] SD 5:0:0:0: [sdb] No Caching mode page found

BusyBox v1.27.2 (Ubuntu 1:1.27.2-2ubuntu3.2) built in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for list of built-in commands.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1876969/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

Paul, are you sure you're using LTSP?
LTSP is about booting thin clients over the network.
What's the output of this command?
dpkg -l | grep ltsp

Changed in ltsp (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

Alkis,
No I am not sure. There are over 400 LT’s to choose from. My laptop’s hard
drive crapped out and since my laptop is the repository for my downloads it
is not accessible for me to check. Here’s the details about the download. I
downloaded Ubuntu 18.04 for a windows based computer with AMD premium
processor. I burned the ISO to a 4G thumb drive and installed the OS to a
225G hard drive. I don’t have a windows based pc to even see what version
and etc it is. I can’t use Ubuntu due to the issue I posted.
Thanks, Paul

OK, but please don't assign random packages as their maintainers aren't really the ones that need to help you there.

If you don't know which package causes the problem, either leave it in general "ubuntu", or try asking the forums etc.

Okay. I’ve tried the forums. Not specific to my issue and less than
helpful. OK, leaving it Ubuntu leaves the issue in an unsolvable state that
generates a reply bot. I’m after a “cure”
