Bug Description
As of nss-mdns 0.14 (which is now shipping in Focal 20.04) Avahi no longer requires to be stopped when a unicast .local domain is present, nss-mdns now has logic to make this work correctly when Avahi is running for both multicast and unicast.
We dropped the script that performs this check in Avahi, the relevant logic in update-notifier to notify this information should also be removed, although it should no longer function it's just dead code now.
e.g. /usr/lib/
