Bug Description

The latest version of gnome-system-tools contains a patch to use yelp instead of gnome-doc-utils which is not available in Ubuntu Focal.

  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1871634). Remaining changes:
    - debian/control: Recommend packagekit for Ubuntu patches
      that allow installing packages on demand
    - Add patches, see patch headers:

      + 81_gst-packages-shares-admin.patch
