The window is frozen 3~10 seconds when swipe, pinch and zoom on the google map via touchscreen for a while.

[Steps to reproduce]
1. Use touchscreen to swipe, pinch, zoom on google map. (https://www.google.com/maps/)

[Expected result]
System should respond to touchscreen input

[Actual result]
The browser window is frozen.
