Include Lithuanian (lt) language before 20.04 candidate

I'm currently translating ubuntu-docs to Lithuanian language, will finish before April 06 (about 60% left), so, it would be nice to have Ubuntu 20.04 release candidate with Lithuanian documentation :)

@gunnarhj, Could you wait with ubuntu-docs translations export from Launchpad till tonight - It seems long string in docs are harder to translate ;) I tink will finish Lithuanian translation in about 8 hours today :)

Yeah, many long strings which take time to translate. Sounds familiar.

There is no urgency. The upload needs to be approved by someone in the release team, and that will probably not happen before Monday anyway. So I'll wait until Sunday.
