[RM] Removal request of ruby-em-hiredis/0.3.1-1ubuntu1 from Focal

Currently ruby-em-hiredis/0.3.1-1ubuntu1 is not functional. We applied a patch to make it build with Ruby 2.7 and let it migrate but it would need to be fixed until the Focal release.

Since upstream is dead and add ruby 2.7 support is not quite easy, I decided to patch the only reverse dependency it has to not depend on it.

I'll request a sync when it properly lands in Debian unstable. Moreover, I also requested ruby-em-hiredis removal in Debian:

So I'd like to ask to remove source and binaries of ruby-em-hiredis/0.3.1-1ubuntu1 from Focal:

ruby-em-synchrony version 1.0.5-3 was merged and it is already available in Focal as 1.0.5-3ubuntu1. So please move forward and remove the content requested above.
