[UIFe] Icon View Captions labels in Nautilus are hard to read when selected

The "Icon View Captions" label in Nautilus is hard to read when the file is selected.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- open Preferences > View Tab
- in the "Icon View Captions" section select at least one "information to be displayed beneath file and folders name"
- Go back to Nautilus main window and select Icon View. Below the file name is expected to be a new label with color gray
- Select the icon. The caption label keeps the gray color, which is hard to read on an orange background

Yaru version

- Version 20.04.4 in current Focal daily

The fix has a low impact, since it only applies to Yaru's stylesheet part dedicated to Nautilus, and specifically to this caption labels.

Well, formally I suppose it's a UIFe thing. OTOH we don't have any Yaru theme screenshots in the desktop guide (unfortunately), so fixing it won't affect any docs. No problem from a docs POV.
