Not a bug in Discover. The package kipi-plugins that used to be part of digikam no longer exists in Ubuntu.

It will come back when it gets through the Debian NEW queue as a separate source.

my understanding is that there is no action for the archive admins to take on this bug, and the kipi-plugins bug is resolved by the fact that kipi-plugins is now back in the archive. Marking as resolved.
