Usability improvements to holdings view grid

There are now many column choices in Holdings view. This grid can use some user interface improvements.

1.) add grid lines to separate columns for easier reading
2.) designate item attributes that are "Yes" or "No" by just the letters Y and N and make these columns just
    one character wide
3.) the ability to drag columns wider or narrower as needed without having to open the column picker to manage columns (from Elaine and Sarah in LP 1761222)
4.) make column headers more readable when columns are shrunk by having text wrap
