Grid Column Headers too narrow

Bug Description

The hover text fix that allows staff to see the full contents of a cell in a grid does not affect column headers, presumably due to the other functions performed by the headers. We've had a request to have that content wrap so that staff can see what the header text is when the column is too narrow. Alternately, is there a way to extend the hover option to that content without impacting sort and organization elements?

One of our libraries also requested a hover for the full column heading text. Marking this Confirmed.

I believe this is fixed in the redesigned grids introduced in bug 1615781. I'm going to mark this as a duplicate, but please re-open if there are still issues with header text wrapping.
