Please sync ruby-sinatra 2.0.8.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Drop self-build-dependency on ruby-rack-protection
    and ruby-sinatra-contrib.
  * Drop self-build-dependency on ruby-rack-protection
    and ruby-sinatra-contrib.
  * Drop self-build-dependency on ruby-rack-protection
    and ruby-sinatra-contrib.

The self-build-dependencies are dropped in Debian as well. The package built successfully locally on Focal.
