Is it a currency you created or you used the predefined ones ?
Can you go on manage menu
currencies
then edit the RUB currency
deploy the customize part

what is the currency symbol ?
it should be ₽

Yes, it should be ₽

"Is it a currency you created or you used the predefined ones?"
I used the currency already on the list, did not create his own.

"Can you go on manage menu

then edit the RUB currency
deploy the customize part"

I attached a screenshot with the currency settings, I suppose I have to set the ₽ sign myself?
If this is the case after editing, the ₽ symbol entered in the diagram overlaps the number 100%. Maybe After adding other expenses it will not be important.

I apologize in advance if something is not clear, English is not my native language.

In any case, if I had to set the symbol myself, then the problem arose because of my ignorance of the program and the bug can be closed, thanks for the help.

In fact it is supposed to work, as the preset list should bring the right symbol.

Hi,

I do think your problem is linked to #1862540
Could you do the last step of bug 1862540 ((Maxime DOYEN (mdoyen) wrote on 2020-02-15:) and post the result text file here ?

Thanks,
Max.

Hi

I did everything according to this instruction from bug 1862540((Maxime DOYEN (mdoyen) wrote on 2020-02-13:)

"launch the debug session with: gdb.exe HomeBank_debug.exe
- type: run + enter (this will launch Homebank)
- go to the step into HomeBank until crash
- HomeBank will freeze, don't close it
- go back to the cmd console, you should have focus
- type 'bt' + enter
- this will log the debug log and hopefully the crash location/dll area
- post that report as an attached file here"

However, I did not understand the step "go to the step into HomeBank until crash"

The problem was that the currency symbol was not displayed and I had to enter it myself, but the application did not crash.
