Typo in man page of 'ed'

I see a typo in the man page of 'ed' in section 'LINE ADDRESSING':

The value of the first address in a range cannot exceed the
value of the the second.
...
------

Notice the word 'the' which is repeated twice.

Patch for this. Dont know if we want to remove the Ubuntu specific LP part of the changelog and forward to Debian so it can be autosynced for Ibex.

Sorry messed up on last one. Forgot to remove the *~ files when i was in the dpatch subshell, hence the massive debdiff.

This is all the fixes, spelling mistake dpatched, without the backup files.
