[SRU] Segmentation fault after close polkit window

[Impact]

Segmentation fault after close polkit window in UbuntuKylin 19.10. This cause the user can't authenticate after close the polkit window.

[Test Case]

1. Open ubuntu-kylin-software-center(or other software which need privilege)
2. Choose an app to install by click the install button under the app icon.
3. Close the authentication dialog.
4. Choose an app to install again.

expect:
The authentication dialog appeared and can install the app after enter the password.

actual:
Nothing happened.

[Regression Potential]

1. This patch references what others(such as polkit-kde-agent-1) have done

2. This patch is well test in my PPA: https://launchpad.net/~feng-kylin/+archive/ubuntu/1910test for a while.

Accepted ukui-biometric-auth into eoan-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ukui-biometric-auth/1.0.3-2ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested and change the tag from verification-needed-eoan to verification-done-eoan. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed-eoan. In either case, without details of your testing we will not be able to proceed.
