Bug Description
I have a Dell Laptop with a NVS 5200M (0DFC) and wondered why ubuntu-drivers recommend the nvidia-driver-435 (and also the wrong driver 430). It won't work with these drivers.

Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS

I found the modalias in the packages nvidia-driver-435 and also in the package of the nvidia-driver-430. In the Nvidia READMEs you can find that the NVS 5200M (0DFC) is only supported up to 390.

- Fix code to add device IDs, and make it more obvious when we are
adding them, so that we can see it in the build log.
- Fix device ID extraction from the README file (LP: #1856166).
