valgrind doesn't install dhat helper files

Bug Description

The valgrind tool `dhat` provides some helpers for viewing its output: dh_view.html, dh_view.css, dh_view.js

These aren't currently provided in the 3.15.0-1ubuntu3.1 package, it would be nice if this was fixed.

This bug was fixed in the package valgrind - 1:3.15.0-1ubuntu6

valgrind (1:3.15.0-1ubuntu6) focal; urgency=medium

  * debian/valgrind.install:
    - include /usr/libexec/valgrind which ships the dh_view tools
      (lp: #1856067)
  * debian/rules:
    - use dh_missing --fail-missing to we don't overlook not install files
