FTBFS in focal blocking gpsd transition for libgps25

This would be just a no change rebuild to pick up the new lib, but it fails.

The last upload is actually suspicious:

  3 * No-change upload with strops.h and sys/strops.h removed in glibc.

Oh that was "strops" and now it is "stropts" - nasty little char.
But the reason is clear, isastream was never really implemented, need to fix the code.

This bug was fixed in the package s3d - 0.2.2-19ubuntu1
