Bug Description

python-launchpadlib-toolkit depends on python-launchpadlib and prevents removal of this binary. The package is only built for python2, and has had no uploads since 2013. It has no other reverse-dependencies.

I've attempted a trivial conversion of the package to python3, but it is going to require actual work.

In the meantime, I will remove the package to let python-launchpadlib through.
