RM: zope.browserresource: python2-only, Ubuntu-specific, depends on removed zope.traversing, no reverse-dependencies

Bug Description

zope.applicationcontrol is only built for python2, and has not had an upload of a new upstream release since 2012. It has no reverse-dependencies but depends on zope.traversing, which has been removed from Debian. We should remove this package from focal.
