Juju config <application> <key> does not append a trailing newline to output

In Juju 2.6.9, juju config should add a newline character to the end of the string if an interactive session is detected. The current behaviour does not work well with shell prompts:

  $ juju config spark spark_execution_mode
  standalone$

I'm pretty sure this is a duplicate. If you look in the code you should
find a li k to the existing bug.
