Bug Description
The DEP8 test of wireguard reaches out to demo.wireguard.com. Internet access at large like this is blocked in the Ubuntu autopkgtest environment, and this test therefore fails:
autopkgtest [20:25:56]: test ncat-client: [------
Verifying that the existing network does not already use 192.168.4.1 ...
Loading wireguard configuration to demo server...

afaict, this is a bug in the ubuntu CI infrastructure, not in the wireguard package. As [autopkgtest](https:/ /salsa. debian. org/ci- team/autopkgtes t/blob/ master/ doc/README. package- tests.rst) documentation says:
Debian's production CI infrastructure allows unrestricted network
access, in Ubuntu's infrastructure access to sites other than
`*.ubuntu.com` and `*.launchpad.net` happens via a proxy (limited to
DNS and http/https).
I've just submitted https:/ /salsa. debian. org/ci- team/autopkgtes t/merge_ requests/ 61 -- if it is merged, i will add `open-internet- access` to the list of restrictions on this test in the wireguard package, so that ubuntu CI will feel ok skipping it.
