[RM] openerp6.1 obsolete, superseeded by odoo, remove from Ubuntu 19.10

This was originally added with the expectation that Ubuntu (it's not in Debian) had a team to maintain it: See original add bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openerp6.1/+bug/1053933

Odoo (they renamed years ago) is actively maintained and is at version 12 (https://www.odoo.com/odoo-12-release-notes / https://github.com/odoo/odoo).

Odoo itself provide their own debs (and RPMs and docker images, etc) and is available as a SaaS. It's an impressive product but I don't see an advantage of having in Archive vs their own distribution method.

I don't think it's feasible to try to add Odoo 12 as an upgrade to OpenERP6.1, so even if someone wanted a modern variant in archive I think it would have to be a distinct package.

Yes please kill it. It's long obsolete and definately should be dropped!
