Why? I don't have any problems with X.Org session. And with Wayland I can't
launch a half of programs.

The "obs-studio (Ubuntu)" task is for reporting bugs with the "deb" package that is synced from Debian into Ubuntu.
Problems with snaps should be reported to the maintainer of the snap.
$ snap info obs-studio shows that the snap is maintained here:
https://github.com/snapcrafters/obs-studio/issues
