ContentCafe Jackets not returning cover

Bug Description

Hi there,

We encountered an issue where book cover/jacket is no longer returning image url
through the request http://images.btol.com/ContentCafe/Jacket.aspx?UserID={CCUSERID}&Password={CCPASSWD}&Return=T&Type=M&Value={UPCorISBN}

We can ping the images.btol.com sever, but not request is not responding, and we are not sure if there's a network issue somewhere, please advise.

Hi Karen: Could you check to see if the "https://" version of the image URL works for you (as opposed to the "http://" form)? I'm wondering if ContentCafe has switched to HTTPS-only.

I've tested the images.btol.com with valid ContentCafe credentials and both the HTTP and HTTPS forms of the URL are working for me.

Consequently, I suspect that the problem you're seeing may be due to a networking or firewall issue or an issue with your ContentCafe subscription.

We are a vendor working for our client, and I am not sure what have changed that would cause a networking/firewall issue. Assuming ContentCafe is a SaaS service that is publicly hosted?

After some digging, I found that this URL works.
https://contentcafe2.btol.com/ContentCafe/Jacket.aspx?UserID=ContentCafeClient&Password=Client&Return=T&Type=S&Value=9781284166323

Please advise on how we can ask our client to verify network issue, as they are not tech savvy.
