Bug Description

[Impact]

The Cinnamon package shipped in the Ubuntu 19.04 repositories is >= Cinnamon 3.8. This version of Cinnamon only supports window border themes which are metacity-3 compliant [1].

The Bluebird theme's upstream git repository has already been updated with metacity-3 compliance [2] but this change has not made its way into the Ubuntu package.

This means that while the package is installable, the theme will not be selectable in Cinnamon's Theme application for selecting window borders (it won't even appear as an option).

[Test Case]

Install `bluebird-gtk-theme`, open the "Themes" application and click on "Window Borders"

Expected result: Bluebird window borders appear as an option, may be selected, and the window borders activate.

Actual result: Bluebird window borders are absent from the window borders selection menu.

[Regression Potential]

This doesn't modify any of the rest of the theme, but only installs metacity-3 support. In using the theme I haven't experienced any oddities.

Hi Connor! Apologies for the delay in reviewing your patch.

Although Disco is EOL, I uploaded the patch to Eoan. I changed the version number to 1.3-1ubuntu0.20.04.1, since 1.3-1ubuntu1 was already uploaded to Groovy. Although this is something I don't particularly like to nitpick on, please try to follow DEP-3 for patch headers in the future. It makes it much more readable (by humans and machines). More documentation is available here: https://dep-team.pages.debian.net/deps/dep3/

I have unsubscribed ~ubuntu-sponsors, since there is nothing left to do. Feel free to resubscribe us if further tweaks to the patch are required before acceptance.

Thank you for your contribution!

Correction, it's been uploaded to Focal, which is actually the LTS release.

Everything else still applies, thanks.
