glare is largely un-maintained upstream; please remove from eoan development along with the associate client module, python-glareclient.

Even though glare itself seems to be clean, the python- glareclient' s binary package, python3- glareclient, seems to have a reverse dependency in mistral:
$ reverse-depends src:python- glareclient glareclient)

Removal of python-glareclient would make python3-mistral uninstallable. The mistral package just recently got a new version uploaded for eoan, so it doesn't seem to be a dead package (not warranting removal). Before proceeding with the removal, we'd have to check if this dependency is required and if not, if it can be removed.
Could someone take a look at that?
