Readable interdiff for gtk2.

gtk2-engines-qtcurve (0.55.2-0ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * New upstream release. (LP: #183435)
  * debian/rules:
    - Removed dh_make comments.
    - Delete the debian/build directory itself, not just its contents,
      so that mkdir does not fail when building again.

Readable interdiff for kde4.

kde4-style-qtcurve (0.55.2-0ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * New upstream release. (LP: #183435)
  * debian/rules:
    - Build both plain Qt4 and KDE4-enabled (-kdeconfig) versions. Therefore,
      switched from cdbs to plain debhelper, as two builds are required
      due to crappy upstream build system.
  * debian/control:
    - Added -kdeconfig package.
    - Build-depend on kdelibs5.
    - Build-depend on chrpath to strip KDE4 library rpaths.
    - Do not build-depend on cdbs.

I have deleted interdiffs for the gtk2 and kde packages, since this upstream version has been released in Debian. I'm not particularly happy that the Debian maintainer discarded my packaging, including the custom get-orig-source script, but hey, his choice.

debian/changelog entries:

------------------------------

gtk2-engines-qtcurve (0.55.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version

------------------------------

 kde-style-qtcurve (0.55.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream version (Closes: #449309)

 -- Bastian Venthur <email address hidden> Sun, 20 Jan 2008 17:17:49 +0100

------------------------------

I've kept the interdiffs for kde4-style-qtcurve since it's not in Debian, so we'll have to upgrade it within Ubuntu.

I should add that for the changes from the deleted interdiffs for gtk2- and kde-, I've generated debdiffs to the Debian version (that is, between -1 and -0ubuntu1) and emailed them to the Debian maintainer with the request to merge at least some of them. The reason I'm requesting a sync and not a merge is because those changes are mostly of the "eye-candy" variety and don't affect buildability of the packages or the end result.
