Bug Description
When I try to start appearance it doesn work.
In the commandline:
mate-appearance
This gives the following error:
mate-appearance
Edit 1:
In the 2019-06-19 version it still worked. In 2019-06-21 it doesn't.
Edit 2:
Same goes for change background.
