The commit in https://code.launchpad.net/~seb128/whoopsie/nm-build-fix/+merge/369536 should fix the build issue, when testing that the package build fails due to an error in the drop privilege test though...

(the test/build doesn't fail in a ppa so probably a chroot/env issue)
