Parallel operations on messages done in non-parallel ways

Bug Description

When a student sends me a message to the message queue, the teacher needs to do one of 2 things:

 1. mark it as reviewed
 2. reply to it

In the first case you click a button on the message labeled "Mark message as reviewed".
In the second case you click Actions Menu --> New Message

This is terribly unintuitive, since parallel actions are done in completely non-parallel ways. Both options should be buttons on the message.

If you wanted to assign it to me, my Launchpad account is fsufitch.
"Filip Sufitchi". For future info, none of my accounts anywhere are
"filip". That's always someone else...

Mr. Elkner,

You should clarify what you mean by "reply" so that you get exactly what you
want :) Would the new message go on the same level as the message being
replied to, or would the reply be a submessage of that message?
