Bug Description
openstack ec2 credentials create / delete / list events are not tracked in auditing.
Credentials works, but not ec2 credentials. needs to be included in auditing/messaging.
Steps to reproduce -
openstack ec2 credentials create
Expected Result -
A cadf audit message is created similar to openstack credentials create
Actual Result -
No message is created.

After further analysis, this bug is an issue in keystone, and not in keystone middleware. This can be closed.
