I can not install any Ubuntu distros in the UEFI mode

Today I had installed Ubuntu in the UEFI mode and imprinted the details of the error.

Sorry, I can't add my journalctl, because I have already installed Ubuntu
with legacy mode (BIOS compability) successfully. Problem appears when I
use UEFI boot only. But you can look the detail description (include
journalctl) of the same problem from other man:

There is one difference from me and Linux Mint user. He could disable the
Secure Boot (the solve of the problem), but my laptop even don't have this
feature.
For example, installation freezes on 66% - Launch of the "grub-install
dev/sda".
Additionally, one guy discussed this problem (but with other laptop) on
Russian Ubuntu loco team. You can look the English translation of this
