web 3.1.10 creating duplicate holds that aren't wanted

Bug Description

We are using the web client 3.1.10 on Chrome. Staff report patrons receiving multiple copies of items to fill their holds. I saw this behavior twice last week in my own account and in the account of a patron I was helping. From the staff side, I placed one hold, not changing the number of requested items from the default of 1, and then saw in the patron records that two items were on hold.

Hi, Jason -

I cannot verify how many times staff are clicking but I did indeed just
place two holds by double clicking from the web client.

I will pass along this very simple solution to our staff and see if it
solves the instances of unwanted multiple holds.
