Compilation with kernel 5.1 has been fixed upstream in https://github.com/aabc/ipt-netflow/commit/fd37b58a81c3df1f375fe784547b77b7a9d1ebc4.

I don't know if this also fixes compilation with kernel 5.2 (i.e. if #1827106 really is a duplicate of this bug).

This includes the upstream commit and one new commit that I forwarded upstream that fixes build with 5.2.
