Volumes applet is shown on the top of the screen and does not hide

When I insert a USB stick it shows in the volume applet but I can't close it!

Even when clicking on the volume, the applet "hangs" on the screen on top of every other window.

This is happening now in 19.04 but I'm seeing this since 18.10.

In the interim you can remove the "dropby applet" from your panel.

I removed the applet, it removed from the "taskbar", but that baloon still pop's up.

Closing this. Dropby has been completely reworked in 20.04
