login loop screen in ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04

Problem of login screen again and again... I am done correct username and password but again login screen appear and also dont give any error ....

This isn't a bug against Launchpad itself (that is, the launchpad.net website).

I'm marking this as public since there's no confidential information in the screenshot, since you already opened the public question https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/680541 about the same thing, and since unnecessarily marking a bug as private greatly decreases the chance of anyone seeing it and helping you.

From the screenshot, it looks like it might be a problem with kwallet-pam, so reassigning there.

This bug is very old, if it is still an issue please update the bug with information from a supported release.
