Bug Description
This looks like a problem from an un-escaped backspace:
Samba versions prior to 3.0.8 would only support reading the
same here:
When relying upon a external domain controller for validating
fully qualified username (i.e. DOMAINser) only after the user has
been successfully authenticated.
I found various formatting problems and errors related to these in UNCs,
as well.
