Bug Description
Cannot install ubuntu using Dell Inspiron, yet using a VM seems to work. No distro of Linux seems to work, lubuntu, linux mint, ubuntu 18.04/19.04 all give the same error. Using workarounds like "iommu=soft noapic" and the like in grub do allow bootup, but force permanent blackscreens when laptop goes into suspension or sleep. CPU in question is AMD Ryzen 2500u with updated bios.
