Not Possible to Un-set Phone or SMS Notification in a Hold in the Web Client

In the web client it is not possible to remove a phone or SMS notification from a hold. This was possible in the xul client.
To test, place a hold and set phone or SMS notification. In the staff client, select the hold and choose Edit Notification Settings. There is no way to check of the phone and SMS fields for update and remove the previously set notification numbers.
In current master and in 3.2.5, I was able to remove both the phone number and SMS notification number from an existing hold by opening the notification settings for the hold, clicking the checkbox to the left of the Phone # and Text/SMS # labels, and leaving the input box blank. I was not able to remove an existing SMS Carrier from a request, but this probably doesn't matter if you can remove the SMS number.
Do we need just need to add another line of text in the instructions that display in the pop-up?
