Bug Description

Hello,

In addition to #1805350, shouldn't this package package also be removed from the archive?

AFAICT, there is not hard dependency on a policy package anymore so this package is not needed and can probably be confusing to users, see: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1124238/after-installing-selinux-i-was-locked-out-of-ubuntu-18-10-log-in-screen-never
