Bug Description
Impact
------
pygobject doesn't build from source which means someone would need to fix that problem before fixing any bugs in the pygobject package for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
Test Case
---------
Does pygobject build successfully?
Regression Potential
-------
pygobject 3.28 is the intended version to match glib 2.56 but it missed the deadline for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. So this fix is cherry-picking a small commit to fix the build tests with 18.04's glib2.0 2.56.
The only change that is made in this upload is to the tests. There should be no effect on anything else.
