Bug Description

Every time the computer boots, the applet indicators will be out of order, even though the panel settings will not have changed. Trying to use the panel settings to change the order will occasionally move the applets to random positions.

budgie-desktop 10.4
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Any messages reported when you reset the panel?

    nohup budgie-panel --reset --replace &

E.g. have you uninstalled applets such as quick note or drop by?
If you have please reinstall both those applets.
