The Nestopia "libretro core" can't be used in the GNOME Games app without a specially formatted .libretro metadata file.

Save the contained file named 240pee.nes to the root of your home directory.
GNOME Games should be able to open it.
Note that GNOME Games requires tracker to be installed. You must log out and log back in after installing tracker if it was not already installed.

The only change here is the installation of a file that was accidentally dropped from the .install file in the 1.47-2ubuntu3 update.

Accepted nestopia into cosmic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ nestopia/ 1.49-1ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
