plank doesnt recognize X11 and dont start

Bug Description
I am using Arch Linux with 4.18.0-
Since the reboot after the complete system upgrade yesterday (except for the Kernel) plank does not start anymore.

X11 is definitly running, I am starting it with startx.

Had the same issue. /bugs.launchpad .net/plank/ +bug/1811492 TYPE=x11` in ~/.xinitrc fixed it for me.
