Error when creating a VM with flavour t3.xsmall

I tried to create a VM with flavour t3.xsmall and got this error message

Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible. <type 'exceptions.AttributeError'> (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-e1f3be31-f0e6-4d6f-8b04-6c5175f486fe)

Needs more information.
Nova version, flavor information, parameters when creating the instance, nova-api logs, etc.

Please provide more information regarding the flavor,nova version and the parameters used while launching an instance and the related nova logs.

Sorry, but this happened many months ago and I do not have any of that
information any more. The flavour was in Nectar (australia) and I just used
the dashboard to create it.
