Ubuntu is frozen and can't do anything using the keyboard and mouse

Ubuntu is frozen and I can't do anything with the mouse and keyboard. I use AMD Ryzen 3 2200g with MSI A320M PRO-VH PLUS motherboard. The music player is still running. SSH and FTP server still work.

I followed the directions from this link to collect multiple files via ssh when the system is frozen:

Here are some files that I took:
 * dmesg (dmesg > dmesg.txt)
 * ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log (I can't find /var/log/Xorg.0.log file)
 * /var/log/syslog
 * /var/log/kern.log
 * /var/log/boot.log

This happened a few days ago, I got a lot frozen on my computer. This is the last frozen log I took after a few days I didn't use it, maybe my sister use this computer for some work.
