Unable to enable/disable a repository in Software and Updates GUI

When I click the checkbox to enable/disable a repository nothing happens. On 16.04 I was able to enable/disable repository in GUI, now I can't.

I am unable to check/uncheck any repository. Yes, #1727908 is a similar
issue.
